Did anyone ever think to put the money in a TEACHER's hand to get the ball rolling for Fiscal Responsibility training?? We do SO MUCH with SO LITTLE..... Stop asking the fat cats with big bonuses to figure out the problem. Give the poor a voice and a chance. THAT WILL TRAIN THE WORLD...
